Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Designing RPA process solutions in accordance with standard UiPath design principles and conventions.
    • Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles
    • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
    • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
    • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and providing inputs to the change control process.
    • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required (Minimum) Qualifications

  • Experience with UIPath or other RPA software
  • Experience RPA and/or Test Automation concepts
  • Experience with SQL and .NET programming
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, plus have the ability to obtain a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) in a timely manner

     Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team

  • Experience with Air Force financial systems

  • Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows

Cloud Operations Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for implementing cloud best practices and automation tooling for application/data base deployment between non-prod and prod environments
  • Responsible for monitoring/logging, incident management, configuration management, reliability, performance management, and BC/DR for assigned workloads
  • Responsible for automation of compliance requirements and reporting for assigned workloads
  • Configure and Manage CI/CD tool set for COTs solution deployment in AWS (including security compliance checks)
  • Develop and drive real time observability solutions that provide visibility into system health
  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement software/data delivery
  • Support deployment and monitoring of intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning system
  • Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
  • Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and operations
  • Diagnose and develop fixes to implement quickly and efficiently for production
  • Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on cloud operations best practices.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents
  • Set up intelligent application performance alerts (AIOps)
  • Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance in close cooperation with the Security Operations and Compliance teams
  • Automate back-up and restore capabilities
  • Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required (Minimum) Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in 24×7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for a SaaS vendor or other cloud service provider
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Hold or have the ability to acquire a government security clearance
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

     Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Containerization experience (Docker, etc.)
  • Container orchestration systems management (Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Release automation, (e.g., Jenkins), system administration, system configuration, and system debugging experience
  • Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools for such as ELK, Sumo, Datadog etc
  • Experience with scripting in Python, Ruby, JSON, Go or Bash
  • Experience with large-scale, distributed COTS solutions deployed on AWS
  • A passion for system stability, performance, scalability or customer success
  • Previous participation in Incident Management team
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English
  • Well organized and can take direction and work independently
  • Work collaboratively with software engineering teams and cloud platform/service team
  • Curious and continuous learner

     Preferred

  • Certified Security+ or Similar (DoD-8570 IAT Level II certification)
  • Experience with Agile product management

Java Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, refactor, test and maintain new features and improve existing code base using
    Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Ext JS, JUnit, Java GUI Libraries (SWT, AWT) and
    Eclipse
  • Work with UI technologies
  • Implement J2EE concepts (RESTful Web services and MVC pattern) using various SDKs
  • Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures using Oracle SQL Developer
  • Debug identified system problems submitted via JIRA issues, update and manage requirement
    documents using SVN version control tool
  • Work with integration frameworks including EDI, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP etc.
  • Merge code between different branches and manage revisions using Perforce(P4V)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ year Java development
